The question

I wanted to hear from everyone who used the platform, not just one kind of user. So the study covered a wide range of roles.

Five research personas: delivery project exec, IT ops admin, IT ops manager, site reliability engineer, IT ops director.

Research across five continents

I interviewed people across five continents: North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. They ranged from analysts to the executive leadership team.

The executive readout

The findings helped leaders decide what to build first with the product and development teams. Our UX teams came away with clear, practical next steps.
